BACKGROUND:

In February, 2008, HappyShel was diagnosed with stage 1a non-small cell lung cancer which was operable.  On April 8, 2008, HappyShel underwent surgery to remove the malignant tumor and lower left lung (lungectomy).  After surgery, the path report diagnosed the cancer as stage 1b.  Chemotherapy was recommended; however, HappyShel has opted to prevent the cancer from returning the holistic way, with diet, exercise and the use of a Far Infrared Sauna (www.bestinfraredsaunas.com).
