The pictures above show how to remove the bottom edge of plastic pails, making them more suitable for hand drumming. Using either a powerful belt-sander or sanding disc attached to drill motor makes quick work of the sanding process.
Sanding ordinary, cut wood dowel rods into drumsticks and claves
5 gallon water bottles turned into the Top Drum ™. When finished with hooks, it'll be wearable. Using jig saws with coarse blades, makes fast work of cutting the polycarbonate water bottle. Special Plumbers Glue fastens the tops together or duct tape.
