| Prices are purchase prices in US Dollars (US$) |
| Invoices will be made according to the price valid on the day of delivery. |
| Specials and prices are subject to change at any time. |
| The publication of a new list precedes previously published prices. |

| All payments are by cash, money order or PayPal. |
| Discounts deducted in error will be re-billed to the account. |
| Conditions of Delivery |
| Freight, packing and shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser, when noted. Some prices include shipping & handling to US addresses only. |
| Goods will be packed and shipped as well as possible and is customary for shipments of this kind. |
| Damages incurred during transport must be reported to the shipping company immediately in order to guarantee reimbursement. |
| Estimated time of delivery is not binding and made according to best intentions. |
| Goods not immediately available in stock will be delivered as soon as possible. |
| Under no conditions is the purchaser entitled to recovery of damages as a result of delayed delivery. |
| Any CD received that is OPENED by customer is NOT RETURNABLE! |
| Return Policies |
| We request that our customers immediately check deliveries for completeness and damages and that any problems be reported in writing within 5 days via email or telephone. CD's opened by Customer are NOT RETURNABLE! |
| Returns that involve clear error can no longer be considered after this time. |
| We will replace damaged items with goods or credit in the same amount. |
| Deviations in product size and/or specification on hand-crafted instruments may occur and are no reason for return. |
